    Since the 1968's we have been observing an increasing decoupling between the younger and older generation. The Family Institute therefore focuses on "strengthening cross-generational family bonds". To this end, we examine and promote in our projects, among other things,

  • Development of self-control and value base

    At the Family Institute, we regard the sustainable development of self-control and a conscious value orientation in family and school as the decisive basis for individual satisfaction, success, health and prosperity. The influence of self-control in childhood on numerous indicators in adulthood (including wealth and health) was recognized and substantiated by Terrie E. Moffitt and co-authors as part of the long-running "Dunedin Study".
